Nannies

Nanny Requirements

  • 2+ years of verifiable experience working with children 

  • Willing and able to pass Background Check 

  • Willing and able to pass Pre-Employment Drug Screening

  • CPR/First Aid Certified (or willing to complete before interview)

  • 3 or more Professional childcare references (preference given to candidates with more than 3 references)

  • 18+ years old and high school graduate 

  • Family appropriate social media pages

  • Non-Smoker

  • Will not use phone/device while working for a family unless to communicate with parents or to conduct a work-related task

  • Reliable transportation to/from work site(s)

  • Legally Authorized to work in the US

  • Ability to commit to family and/or agency for a minimum of 1 year

  • Ability to conduct themselves professionally while providing the highest standards of childcare

  • Hawaii resident or willing to relocate at own expense

We represent only the best nanny candidates in Hawaii. Preference will be given to nannies with more extensive work histories in nannying and with college degrees.

Preference is given to nannies who are screened with the agency for any newly released positions.
